this was my first time buying a brand new car and bradley hubler was very helpful especially nate. he helped me through the building process and even when the protests were going on and my car was severely delayed he was checking every day and making as many phone calls as he could. i would give them 5 stars but the problem was lack of communication. i am a very patient person i waited 7 months for my car which is nobodys fault but when ever they said they where going to send me an email or a text or any kind of information it would take a very long time thats my only complaint. thank you guys for making it happen!
Purchased a car from Alice Mann on Dec. 16th, snow storm and all. I had my 20 year old one develop a major problem that morning. She found me the perfect car and provided me with outstanding service. This is the second vehicle we have bought from her and she will find you what you want. Don't go anywhere else but Bradley. The service department is exceptional as well. The collision center does exceptional work as well.
After failed recall try to reprogram my Bolt EUV premier, the second took. Told originally it would take 1 hour, but after one and half hour waiting in dealership I called my wife to pick me up. It was done about a hour or so later.
We brought our new SUV to this location because it needed two software updates that could not be done over the air. Our service advisor was Ann and she was absolutely wonderful. We had taken our new SUV to the Hubler location on 31 and they were awful so we thought we would try this location. We will definitely schedule all of our future service appointments with Ann at this location.

Service guy needs to be clear on how long service will take, have a better attitude with customers, and also about price of things. Told me it was going to be a certain price and then went to cash out and it wasn't the amount and way more than what he said. All around bad experience with this employee..
Great experience. Service techs help find information about my vehicle that I could not.
Johnny is the MAN!! He definitely surpassed my expectations and did absolutely everything he could to get me into a vehicle despite my unique situation. Granted I was at the dealership all day, I left that night with a car. Thanks for everything!
